Circa 1830/35. Made in mostly spruce and oak with walnut veneer and a matte finish, with bull’s eye mouldings, gold painting, a wide ebonised frieze, ebonised ornament on the openwork backrests and with later upholstered seats. Some ageing and wear, small losses, and some old repairs. (MIN)
