1: A rare necklace, made with the black-brown shiny elytra of a local type of beetle. The individual beetle wings are pierced twice and attached to a twisted fibre cord. Minor age damage (cracks to the wings). L: c. 20 cm (the chain folded over).
2: A mouth harp, carved in bamboo, popular in large areas of New Guinea. L: 26 cm (the musical instrument without string). (ME)
