porcelain, the body with matt royal blue ground, burnished gilt border on matt gilt bands, the facing side with a medallion with the polychrome painted view of William I. Palais and individuals dressed in Biedermeier costume, encompassed by a crown, flanked by burnished- and matt gilt laurel branches, arched border and leaf rocailles, round base, octagonal tiered base, white biscuit porcelain handles with female nudes, scrolled acanthus branches with acanthus leaves and blossoms, heightened with gilt, height: 62 cm, the left blossoming bough with small restoration;
KPM-Berlin, underglaze blue sceptre and penny mark, 1849–1870, model “Urbino” by Julius Wilhelm Mantel 1856; impressed no. 2 (Ru)
