A certificate by Heinrich Decker, dated 1973, is available. Paul Mödlhamer (Mödlhamber, Mödlhammer) (born c. 1680 in Neumarkt - 1743 Neumarkt) was an important sculptor of the late Baroque in Salzburg. Amongst his works are the high altarpiece at the parish church of Maria Himmelfahrt in Bad Hofgastein, three figures in the chapel to St John of Nepomuk at the County Court at Neumarkt am Wallersee, a statue of St Michael the Archangel in the succursal church of St Martin in Pfongau, and a figure of the Good Shepherd for the pulpit at the succursal church of St George in Sommerholz.
