In 1906 the Kohn Company introduced into its programme a mirrored wall with an integrated jardinière, indicated by catalogue No. 1149. After 1913, other variants of this mirrored wall can be found in catalogues. For this particular, in catalogues undiscovered variant of mirrored wall No. 1149, there is also an obvious inspiration by a sofa designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1907 for Cabaret Fledermaus in Vienna.
