Bearing the coat-of-arms of William Jolliffe, 1st Baron Hylton, politician and Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury, March 1858 to 1859, (the coat-of-arms presumably engraved at later date, as Joliffe was only granted the baronetcy in 1866)
