In the form of a Northern Italian Renaissance coffer. The main elements date from the 17th/18th centuries with later alterations and replacements. The casket is made in solid walnut with moulded paw shaped feet, carved with pipes and scrolls and with a lid and interior compartments. 27 x 46 x 28 cm. Some losses, with a fine patina. (PZ)
