West China, c. 205 x 79 cm, late 18th century, early bench runner of the yellow group with foo dogs, Ningyang symbols and lotus flowers, as well as a border featuring bats, partly low pile, the carpet is trimmed at the lower end and probably shortened to about half its original length.
