France, mid-18th century and later, solid body made of green quartz, fire-gilt bronze mounts in the shape of rocailles, handles in the form of dragons, each base with French tax hallmark (C couronné poinçon - used in 1745–1749), stone baluster replaced in the 19th century, height c. 56 cm, in well-maintained condition.
