a rare German three-rotor enciphering Machine made by Heimsoeth und Rinke oHG, Berlin, 1944, serial no. 20485, makers plate stamped “A / 20485 / jla / 44” with the original I, II and III bakelite rotors (all numbered A 20485), UKW (Umkehrwalze) B, QWERTZ keyboard, light bulb board, ebonite plug board, the oak carrying wood case with instruction manual (“Zur Beachtung!”) and two cables in lid, fall front inscribed “Klappe / schließen”. The case when closed c. 34 x 28 x 15,5 cm.
