Altarpiece painted on both sides with depictions of Saint Peter and Saint Paul on the front and an angel of the Annunciation on the reverse, oil on panel, 167 x 55 cm, framed, (2)

The present altarpiece can be closely linked to the works of Master Thomas von Villach (1435/40–1523/29), also known as Master of Gerlamoos. Four comparable altarpieces were sold at Christie’s, Amsterdam, on 13/14 May 2014 as lot 24.
