A circular table, Model No. 8042, designed by Marcel Kammerer,
c. 1906, manufactured by Gebrüder Thonet, Vienna, beech, bent and reddish brown stained flat wood slats, bolted with brass knobs, gold rubbed engraving, brass knobs, embossed stamp: MUSTER, height 80.5 cm, diameter 57.5 cm. (DRAX)
Original condition. The engraved linear ornament and the inscription “MUSTER” (sample) suggest that this might have been a trade show exhibit or a prototype.
