Made in various hardwoods and softwood, veneered in amaranth and tulipwood, and decorated with marquetry panels in various fine woods, with canted angles, a sham front with 5 drawers and a fall-front writing surface, fitted interior, leather lining, 6 interior drawers, bronze mounts with later gilding and a marble top. Ca. 148 x 95 x 38 cm. In restored condition, some later veneering on the sides. (MIN) Subject to endangered species legislation(ASB)
