The work is from the author’s studio.
The author graduated from prof. Cigler’s Glass in Architecture Studio in Brati-slava. Since his studies, geometric stylization with applied mathematical principles have been characteristic of his work. Alongside his freelance glass work, he also designed lights for architecture, sculpted, painted, and drew. As a glassmaker, he primarily used the technique of fused sculpture. Complex geometric processes take place in his objects. The author uses all of the possibilities of symmetrical and asymmetrical composition, dynamics, and stability, and examines the interaction between the different parts of the object.
The work on offer, Blue Space from 2014, is a gallery example of this artistic approach.
