The Reverso was originally developed for the game of polo. The aim was to protect the glass from impact. This was realised by means of reversible case. The epithet ‘Grande Taille’ refers to models from a width of about 26 mm and a height of about 43 mm. This ratio corresponds almost exactly to the golden ratio.
