probably Germany? c. 145 x 109 (115) cm, 16th century, silk and wool weaving with unusual border decoration, which can only be found in very early specimens, the present tapestry is trimmed all around and now only depicts a religious figure with an architectural background; a few repairs and minor losses, mounted on linen and with wooden frame.
