porcelain, Diana with golden moon sickle and green oakleaf wreath on her head, clad in a light green dress, dark green star-shaped flowers and purple belt, carrying a quiver on her back, held by blue strap with gold trimmings, holding the bow in her left hand, underneath lies her brown hunting dog looking up to her, she looks at her black and white dog who stretches his front paws on her legs and sniffs at her hand, Diana sits on a high stone pedestal, her right foot resting on a large gold heightened rocaille, on the side 3 perched partridges, a pheasant and a hen, underneath clock with white dial, black Roman and Arabic numerals, setting and hands in yellow metal, these are framed by 2 branches forming a dense green oak leaf wreath, with 2 squirrels and 6 small birds perched on top, on the sides large gold heightened rocailles, on the pedestal 3 hunters with black tricorne and green jackets, the first holding a rifle in both hands and approaching a boar in front of him, the second holding a rifle in his left hand, talking to his dog and showing him the direction, the third has shouldered his rifle and holds 2 partridges in his hands, in front of him a shot stag, on the pedestal 2 shot hares, 2 pheasants and 3 partridges, white walls with fine polychrome painted insects and beetles, numerous white tufts of leaves and ferns with gold highlights, 5 gold-heightened rocaille feet, height 72 cm, small restorations, minimally scuffed, model no. X8, former no. 58, rectangular white base with gilt edges, covered in gold-heightened leaves and shell, 4 volute feet, the latter with sculptural green oak branches and acorns, the facing side with gold painted hunting symbol with hunting horn and banners, height 12.5 cm, length 37.5 cm, width 28.5 cm, leaves very slightly chipped, total height 80 cm, clock width 32 cm, movement unchecked
