so-called bureau plat, Louis XV style, second half of the 19th century, oak and softwood frame on cabriole legs, rosewood veneer, with mahogany marquetry panels and rhombs, matte finish, elaborate partly figural execution, ornamented with gilt bronze mounts, three drawers, freestanding, replaced leather covering with gilt decor, 78 x 166 x 89 cm, well-kept overall condition, bronzes partly scuffed.
