Bavarian rustic cabinet,
Mangfallgau circa 1820/30. A pine cabinet with blue and pink marbling, gold-painted relief carving and applications, painted with flowers, fruits and saints and the monogram of Christ. The cabinet has canted angles, a scrolled cornice with central cartouche, 2 doors with lock and key and an interior drawer. 199 x 126 x 57 cm. Some ageing, with a fine patina, the left cornice strip replaced. (PZ)
