A French Salon Chest of Drawers,
Louis XV period, mid-18th century, softwood frame on cabriole legs and partly bombé shape on three sides, with walnut root veneer and polished finish, the front with two drawers, bronze mounts gilt at a later date, the moulded marble top has probably been supplemented in the 19th century, 79.5 x 75.5 x 50 cm, in beautiful restored condition.
