A large sideboard with separate top element (or cabinet), in the manner of Otto Prutscher, Vienna, c. 1930
Walnut wood, walnut veneer, partly beechwood; brown-stained, partly with polished finish; top element with two glass doors; the upper section with carved floral decorations in the middle, with two conical and onion-shaped finials on the sides; two shelves; sideboard with carved geometrical motifs on the outer sides, with tassels in the upper and lower sections; four stepped feet; the top with moulded outline at the back and partly on the side; three drawers with curved solid brass handles; behind the handles star-shaped brass motifs; all drawer and door fittings in oval shape with beaded decoration, also made of brass; the underside of the drawers with three doors with square stepped moulded edges in the middle; each with one shelf; with key; signs of age and use; professionally restored; total height: 194.0 cm (each object is 97.0 cm high); length of sideboard: 227.5 cm, depth 68.0 cm.
